Lone Scouts
The 1st Lone Scouts includes all Lone Rovers, Scouts, and Wolf Cubs, who live far from existing groups who wish to persue Scouting as a self-guided journey. While nothing can replace being part of an active Crew or Troop, being a Lone participant in our programs can be an exciting adventure. Those who accept the challenge will learn to use their resourcefulness to turn any activity they do into a Scouting activity. Instead of just going for a hike, why not throw on a neckerchief and inventory the wildlife on your favorite trail? Parents, the Lone program is a GREAT way to spend some quality time with your kids if there is no troop or pack around. Contact our 1st Scout Group Leader, who can help you get started. Presently there are Lone Rovers in the following states: CT, CO, FL, IL, MD, OH, TX, VA, WI, WV.
