Wolf Cubs
The Wolf Cub program will be officially launched in 2008 as our pilot program comes to a close. This section will be open to boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 10. This section will offer games and practical activities based on the Jungle Book as written by B.-P.'s friend Rudyard Kipling. Much of the learning is 'by doing'. The overall program will be similar in appearance to the B.-P.'s original pre-1960's Wolf Cub program which has been run successfully in Canada as the Timber Wolf section of BPSA-Canada.
Wolf Cub leaders are required to be Rovers who at a minimum have completed a Brownsea Rover Squire Training course. Additional training for new leaders will be made available as courses are developed. For information on how to start a group, click here.
